Travon came out for our semi-annual check and found poor air quality and bacteria! Having someone in our household with lung issues I was thankful he found it, cleaned it, and set up a light to prevent it. Travon was great at explaining everything and showing me pictures so I didn’t have to go up into the attic! Highly recommend Milestone and Travon!

Unfortunately there was nothing he could do for my specific situation with the way my ductwork was originally installed, but he was very clear about my options and was very honest. I have everything I need to make an informed decision. I am very pleased with Milestones service, I am not one to reach out to big companies with lots of overhead but I will definitely make the exception for Milestone. So, I have had the same issue with the same outside unit for a couple of years...supposedly fixed each time, but the exact same issue happens again and again. Each time fixed, this time like the past times the issue (part) is covered under Warranty but not the labor. Techs are professional and seem through, this time I think the issue will be fixed, hopefully. My concern is the outside unit cuts on and off, so I'm worried about my compressor. 5 stars is because I think the core problem has been identified and will be resolved once the part comes in. Stay tuned

Understand none of this reflects on the technician who was just doing his job.
I work in commercial HVAC and was always curious about Milestone's advertised service to rebalance airflow for $185 and I had a few cold (or hot) rooms so I bit.
Long story short, the $185 offer has all sorts of limits and caveats that were not explained up front. The tech did what he could for that base rate and we called it even.
In the course of the process, the tech found what may be a faulty thermostat and gave me the "choice" of putting in a new one for over $800 😳 or installing one that I purchased for around $300😋. I politely declined and paid the $149 service charge and the $185 rebalance fee.
Again, I don't blame the tech; this is what is demanded of them by Milestone.
I will go back to my very knowledgeable, honest and fair licensed shade tree guy and I bet his price will be half. If you find one of those type guys (or ladies), hold on to them like grim death. They're worth their weight in gold.
As for Milestone, it is what it is. Those clever commercials cost something I suppose. Peace ...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Biannual AC Maintenance Service
We had our biannual AC maintenance completed by Brandon P. from Milestone, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Despite battling an impressive amount of dog fur (we have several pups!), Brandon remained professional, thorough, and good-natured throughout the entire visit.
He took the time to carefully inspect and service the unit, explained what he was doing in clear, easy-to-understand terms, and made sure everything was running efficiently before he left. It’s clear Brandon takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service.
We truly appreciate his attention to detail, patience, and positive attitude and our AC is running perfectly. Highly recommend Milestone and Brandon P. to anyone needing reliable, high-quality HVAC maintenance!
