    Daniel was a fresh ray of sunshine both professionally and personally. My husband and I were both very pleased with him. His problem solving solutions led to an HVAC system update to solve the cause of the drain clog issues. The price sounds high but it includes the addition of a pump for the HVAC system as well.

    Jesus was so professional, knowledgeable & friendly. He answered all the questions I had for him regarding replacing my water heater. He prepared three quote options for my review & he worked hard to get me any available discounts. He explained to me details of the Milestone Advantage Plan program. He was so organized & meticulous in his work. I hardly knew he was there! I couldn’t be any happier with my decision to go with Milestone! Milestone should be very proud to have an employee like Jesus!

    Our upstairs unit was not producing cold air to the rooms it serves. Our technician (Hugo) spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing the issue without any grumbling or complaints. Once he found the problem, he quickly went to work to install new wiring and reconnect it to the unit. He ensured he had all of the proper readings and the unit was producing the temperatures that we were looking for from our unit. He cleaned up his work area and reinspected everything before departing. We couldn't be happier with the service we received today from Milestone (namely Hugo).

    Milestone Electrician, Seth Wallace came out to check my smoke and carbon monoxide units and replace an interior entry light and an auto outdoor light. Seth did an excellent job and then even did a courtesy check of my electric panel, etc. to be sure everything was in good working order. He showed me pictures of the items he checked and gave me a written list of the present condition of each item. I appreciate the time he spent and his attention to detail... it reassured me to know that all parts of my electrical system are in working order for the winter.

    Austin spent three hours with me, educating me, and explaining to me all the details that were important for both of us regarding my new AC purchase. I learned more than I can retain, but I trust in him as I also trust Milestone 100%. What I have learned is important for me to know as well as his need to educate me. I recommend Milestone 100%. There is so much more I can share on this post. As a consumer needing information and understanding all the details and needing to trust, my needs are securely met. Thank you, Austin, for all the time you spent with me and thank you to Milestone for being such a #1 company where taking honest care of consumers is an important value. Thank you so much! Wes and Lord worked hard to put my new HVAC installation. It was great to see and the kept me updated and educated at every turn. I commend them with the highest honor. And Angel came to do his follow-up with my system and replaced two breakers. These three talented men have my trust and I’m grateful for Milestone employing Austin, Wes, Lord, and Angel. I highly recommend Milestone for their extremely wonderful values, and instilling service and trust in their business and people. Thank you for an excellent job well done.
