  I am so impressed by the new windows installed at my daughter’s house. Thomas, the crew leader, had an amazing and efficient crew. Everyone was so polite. Thomas’s mother and I bonded over grandchildren as I was here to babysit. She went above and beyond with her cleaning skills. Thanks to all the crew for outstanding service!

  Window World was absolutely amazing. They are professional, courteous, and fast. Their windows are amazing! The installers headed by. Thomas were very friendly! They completely and totally changed the appearance of my house taking out all of the old windows putting in new ones and cleaning up. for seven new windows it only took them 2 1/2 hours. I would recommend this company and specifically the installers headed by Thomas to do anyone’s home. This is maybe some of the best money I’ve ever spent on a house.

  We made an appointment a few weeks ago to have a representative come by and give a quote for a new sliding back door. They called us back and tried to reschedule us for a different time far less convenient time because we weren't buying enough for them to stop by when it was convenient for us. We went ahead and canceled, and shortly after my husband left a negative review we got a call from the manager to apologize - the scheduling person was in training they said - and to offer to send someone over. We thought it over and eventually agreed to give them a second chance. Salesperson came by last week and did a quick (in and out in less than 30 minutes) look at the doors, did some very rough measurements, and said he could replace both our back doors for a price that seemed very good. Said he would send us a written quote the following day. It has been over a week now and he is not responding to our messages and we never got the quote. How am I supposed to trust a company that has made so many missteps before we even agree to the work? If this is the level of service we can expect, I will pass for good this time.

  We had an incredible experience with Window World from start to finish! Our salesman, Paul Schwartz, was amazing—knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process so easy. The installation team was meticulous and professional, taking great care with every detail. Geral, the project manager and Tara in the support team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The new windows completely transformed the look of our home, and the lifetime warranty gives us so much peace of mind. We couldn’t be happier or more thankful for the outstanding service and results. Highly recommend Window World!

  I was having trouble with a Window World window that was installed years ago. Travis was dispatched to my home to find and fix the problem. Travis called and told me when he would arrive. He did exactly what he said. He came to my home and introduced himself. I showed him what I thought was a problem. He operated the window, tested it completely and showed me that I was not closing the window correctly so that it would lock properly. Travis showed me in a very polite manner how to close and lock the window correctly totally without anything other professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Travis. I sincerely appreciate your work ethic and your kind mannerisms. You are a great example of a great employee of Window World. I thank You.
