  I went through a horrible apartment fire and my insurance contracted them to take care of my electronics. Unfortunately they couldn’t save or clean much but they were very professional and accommodating. It was a very quick simple process with great communication! Would recommend them over and over compared to servicemaster who ruined many of my belongings and refused to answer any of my calls. I did not experience any of that with this company

  ERS assisted with textile salvaging after a fire at my home. They were professional, thorough, and considerate.

  The ERS team did a great job with our electronic equipment and textiles after our home was struck by lightning and burned. Service was prompt, communication excellent and we are happy that our insurance company contracted them to care for our belongings. (BTW, if you have radiant barrier, you have a tinfoil hat sitting on top of your whole house that’s ready to burst into flames and it attracts lightning. Recommend lightning rods if you’re a taller home like we were.)

  Electronica restoration service this is a rip off . They charged $932.44 to move a refrigerator 20 feet . Texas reconstruction TRC called them out to move a GE monogram refrigerator from the kitchen to the family room 20 feet. They moved it plugged it in in the family room wrapped it in plastic and put a sign on it top-heavy . They sent me the homeowner a bill for $932.44 . This was not preapproved or authorized in the insurance scope of work . My insurance company ended up paying them Kenny solutions Houston LLC $885.52 to move a refrigerator 20 feet .
