Everything went great when they took everything out of the house, everyone that showed up to move everything in and out where great, but now I’m having an issue because when my refrigerator came back it was not working, everything was dropped back off on 12/19/22 so when I called them they said not their problem and I would have to go through my insurance, once I talked to my insurance and they said that everything was cleaned and inspected by Prism it would be on them. It is now 1/23/23 a month later and I keep getting someone will call me back after multiple tries and emails with no one helping. Become of the situation I had to go out and buy a new refrigerator because of this and spend money that should have gone towards my children’s Christmas because they do not want to fix the situation. Before you have anything moved I would ask whoever you are using not to use this company. I would like to respond back on this and let everyone know it was over a month before they wanted to see the refrigerator, how was I supposed to know they wanted to see the unit after a month of fighting with them with no response back that they wanted to see it. Again more lies from a complete that will not take responsibility for anything.

Texas reconstruction TRC called them out to move a GE monogram refrigerator from the kitchen to the family room 20 feet. They moved it plugged it in in the family room wrapped it in plastic and put a sign on it top-heavy . They sent me the homeowner a bill for $932.44 . This was not preapproved or authorized in the insurance scope of work . My insurance company ended up paying them Kenny solutions Houston LLC $885.52 to move a refrigerator 20 feet .
