Every visit includes floor protectors placed throughout all walking and work areas, boot covers worn without exception, and extra precautions taken to protect floors and living spaces—even when I insist they don’t need to. More than once, they have left the areas they worked in cleaner than they were when they arrived. Because of that professionalism and integrity, I trust them implicitly—even when I am not home. Knowing they will treat my house, my belongings, and my system with complete respect gives me total peace of mind. They show undeniable respect not only for their work, but for me and my property. When I experienced a serious issue caused by a manufacturing defect—something completely outside their control—their response was unlike anything I have ever experienced. Before they even knew whether the manufacturer would cover the cost, they told me they would replace the entire system if necessary. Making things right came first; the details would be worked out later. I have never heard of a company taking that kind of responsibility. They followed through completely. The entire system was replaced under warranty, the process was handled professionally from start to finish, and I was kept informed every step of the way.   Technicians are always knowledgeable and explain the best products for your needs. I had the concern of having dust and bad allergies. The technicians checked the ductwork which needed cleaning badly. Also noticed the dryer vent was venting in the attic. The plan is to do a total cleaning of all vents, extend the vent for dryer through the roof and add the air scrubber to eliminate future issues. They are the Best!

  I called Daffan at 9AM because our heat pump was not operating correctly. The friendly and helpful customer service representative took some basic details and scheduled a service call for the same day between 3-6PM with the expectation if an earlier appointment became available, a technician would call. Sure enough, an hour before the scheduled service window I received a call and met the technician, Jonathan, at the property. He presented as a confident and professional service technician. He quickly troubleshot the HVAC issue, analyzed the heating system and went straight to work making repairs. When complete, using his mobile device, I paid for service easily, and have to say, was pleased with the amount charged. Very reasonable. The entire process could not have gone more smoothly than what I experienced. Highly recommend Daffan for your HVAC service needs!
