They had it ready to go. Matt and Dallas loaded my trailer and helped me strap it down. Every person introduced themselves and shook my hand and thanked me for the business. It worked out great. You cannot beat the quality or the price. The bonus, they don't have those feet that horses can get hung up in. Everyone in the shop is very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend their products.
