- AMAaron McNabb4 days ago5.0Tarrant Roofing replaced a hail damaged roof on a 40 year old home. They were careful to identify and replace all rot under the old roof (not just installing a new roof). They worked well with insurance and I had a few annoying requests that Matthew personally saw to. The quality of service and communication and quality of product are all easily 5 stars. My total out of pocket was exactly what I was told at the beginning of the process, despite a few complications during the replacement. The attention to detail was impressive even in the small things. They even pulled in a specialist who could disconnect/reconnect an uncommon satellite base station they were unfamiliar with. A family member used Tarrant Roofing and liked them so much they referred them to me by word-of-mouth, and I'm glad they did.
- AAart5 days ago5.0Had great experience with Tarrant Roofing. James Sudbury was my tarrant rep. He thoroughly explained the process & addressed my concerns & answered all my questions etc. He was in constant contact with me through the whole install -texts & visits. I filed a claim with my ins co. They sent out an adjuster & he did not want James to be on roof with him & did not do a thorough inspection. James called my ins rep & explained the experience -problem etc with him -ins rep agreed & told James needed more proof of damage. James then spent a good hr on whole roof taking pics -chalk marks -gutters etc . With several communications between the two them -in s accepted my claim & paid out.. Gutters were also replaced.

The claim approval process took a bit of back and forth after they initially denied my claim. Kolby stayed persistent and provided me all the documents to get my claim approved. Today they did the install and it was so fast and clean.
- RRrackbidDec 30, 20255.0Had a great experience working with Tarrant Roofing and Cole J. who helped us through the whole process (insurance claim, inspection,...etc.). I have sent dozens of roof sales guys away over the years, but Cole came across as more honest than others. Our roof was torn off and put back on in the same day - which was amazing and helpful to have it done so quickly. Pic is from ~3pm the same day they started and crew were already cleaning up.

He was professional and communicative from the beginning of the process to the completion of the roof. Michael knows how to deal with insurance companies and adjusters. I had already dealt with another roofing company that was not able to be successful with replacing my roof, but Michael and Tarrant Roofing were. All appointments were punctual. Michael and his crew did an awesome job on my roof. It was completed in a timely manner. They made sure everything was cleaned up and Michael followed up later to ensure it was done correctly. His office staff is efficient in assisting the process. For your next roof, definitely go with Tarrant Roofing. Ask for Michael Sargeant.
