We had our roof replaced and within six months we started to notice water damage. We have had Tarrant roofing evaluate multiple times and they have done little to nothing to repair to the issue. And now are now a year later and we continue to have water damage and a leak. Poor quality, service and warranty coverage. Absolutely avoid.

Jesus Sanchez was very professional in the handling of my situation with my insurance company in getting them to committ the replacement of my roof, window screens, chimney, and garage doors and the entrance doors to my home. Oh, as well as the gutters ALL due to hail damage. I would recommend Tarrant Roofing to anyone looking for quality work in repairs to your home due to damaged from mother nature. Ask for Jesus Sanchez.

Tarrant Roofing exceeded our expectations. James Sudbury was quick to respond to any questions we had and when we were undecided regarding 3 roofing times, he climbed on the roof to let us see that perspective which was exactly what we needed to make our decision. We love how our roof looks. Not only did the crew not leave any trace that they were here, they left our deck cleaner than before they came. They did an excellent job of protecting our plants and swimming pool from debris. We highly recommend them.

UPDATE: I do want to say they did call and offer to pay for the repair of the hole in my ceiling after this review. The wife was very apologetic about EVERYTHING. I do hope it was all in good faith, because the husband request I delete the review before ending the call. They did however make it right by writing a check to pay for the damages.
Our new roof and gutters look great, and I do want to give credit where it’s due — the actual roofing crew worked incredibly hard, and they even tore off and redid the roof the same day after a color mix-up. I really appreciated their effort. The sales rep, Stefon, was also great to work with. He’s newer and still learning, but he handled everything with professionalism and communicated clearly.
My main frustrations were with the management side of things, specifically Mike Sargent and his wife, who oversee the projects. Everything started off strong — communication was great in the beginning — but once we got to the install, things started to unravel. About halfway through, I realized the shingles being installed were not the color we requested. When I brought this to Mrs. Sargent’s attention, she continued trying to convince me to keep it instead of acknowledging the mistake. She mentioned that “Weatherwood” was listed in the contract, which technically was true, but part of their process (as I later learned) is supposed to include confirming the color with the homeowner during material delivery — something that never happened.
After realizing the mistake, Mrs. Sargent tried to get me to sign paperwork related to the delivery, but I declined until my husband arrived because it felt like she was trying to cover for the mix-up. They did end up fixing the color issue the same day, which I truly appreciated, but the situation could’ve been avoided with better communication and accountability upfront.
Another issue came up at the end of the day when I was told I needed to provide a paper check for payment — something that was never communicated to me before. By then it was after 5 p.m. and the bank was closed. Mrs. Sargent said I could pay by card for a 3% fee or give my banking info for a 1% fee, but I didn’t feel I should have to pay extra for something that wasn’t my fault or properly communicated.
To top it off, that night I noticed a hole in our ceiling where a pipe had fallen during the roof installation. The roofer had tried to explain it earlier, but there was a language barrier and I didn’t fully understand what happened until I saw the damage myself. I immediately called and sent pictures. At first, the company tried to claim the hole was already there and even asked me to send proof of the sheetrock, which I did. Once I sent the photos, Mike Sargent got involved and told me they weren’t responsible since the pipe falling “wasn’t their fault.” We even offered to pay for part of the repair just to resolve it, but they never responded.
Overall, I’m happy with how the roof itself looks — the workmanship seems solid, and the crew did a great job. But because of the poor communication, lack of accountability, and how dismissive the response was when problems arose, I personally wouldn’t recommend the company to others or use them again myself

This was my first time ever replacing my roof. I wasn’t 100% confident about the process at the beginning, but with the help of Reese who helped see me through my roof process from the free estimate to the end of the roof being replaced and the gutters being put back on. There were so many people involved for it to be such a smooth process. I appreciate the patience, respect, understanding, and commitment to the project of the roof being replaced. Not one time was anyone rude, annoyed, or felt the need to rush through the process. On the day of the roof being replaced, the team was super early, productive, and quick for a one day job. I appreciate Reese and Tarrant Roofing for a smooth experience. I will be a returning customer 😇
