  I had an excellent experience with Ernie, Sergio, and the team from Floors Depot. I wanted to have my stairs updated with the exact same floor we installed when we built our house a few years ago. After calling several companies that only offered comparable products, I was determined to find a perfect match. I found Floors Depot through an internet search, and Ernie personally came out to quote me for the exact product that matched my existing floors. Sergio and the crew showed up promptly, installed the new wood on my stairs, and cleaned up afterward. They were attentive, professional, and made sure to address all of our concerns—staying until we were completely satisfied, which we were. The installation turned out beautifully, and I highly recommend Ernie, Sergio, and the Floors Depot team.

  I bought a brand new house that had vinyl in the main living area but a ton of carpet (~1800 sq ft.) everywhere else. I wanted to replace all the carpet with matching vinyl. I knew it would be costly, but wanted the work done right. I received 5 different quotes, but Ronny with Floors Depot TX was the only person who confidently said they could tie in the new vinyl in the downstairs bedrooms to the existing floor to make it look like it was all laid at the same time. Other companies straight up told me they couldn't do that. Others also wanted to use quarter round to hide the edges of the new floors instead of removing/replacing the moldings. The quote and pricing was very competitive with the other quotes I received. I was also under a tight timeline to move into my new house. Ronny made sure to order the supplies for my project ASAP so we could get it done on time. When the installers Ricardo and Jose showed up, I was immediately impressed by how personable and knowledgeable they were. I left them alone to work with a bit of trust, and they did an amazing job lacing in the new floors with the old. They also worked so hard to get the flooring done before our move-in date, putting in long hours each day. When they put the moldings back on, you could hardly tell that they had ever been removed. The quality of the work this company provided far exceeded my expectations. I almost cried with joy when I saw the finished floors. I would recommend Floors Depot TX, especially Ricardo and Jose, and Ronny, to any of my friends and family. So thankful to have found them, and very impressed with the pride they take in their work.

  Go see Ronny. If it’s flooring you need, he’s got it. Very helpful guy. A can do kind of person. Good place to buy from.

  II stop in on my way through Texas To see their floor selection I’ve been wanting to buy some flooring so needed a break so thought I would stop there and take a look at their show room is amazing never saw a show room like that where you could see all different flooring laid out in everything beautiful and the help he received there is so relaxing they come to you I want to know if you need help what you’re looking for but they also give you that time to just walk around and do your own thing wow on my way back stopping in there and seeing what I can do about my flooring they are amazing

  If your are looking for new flooring of ANY kind, this is the place you go and ASK FOR SAM! I walked into various flooring stores, small and big looking for floor tile; I was ignored by most sales people or given a few sentences of information ( probably because I had two small kids with me haha), until I walked into Floors Depot and met SAM. He gave my kids crayons and began to listen to what I was looking for and answering every question I threw his way. And this guy knows his flooring! From solid hardwood down to the newest types of LVP and everything in between- where it is made and how it is made. SAM will listen to what you want and go out of his way to provide you with that product and at an incredibly fair price; we went through at least 10 different wood look tiles until he found me the perfect one. I teared up when I saw the floors halfway through installment, even without the grout as seen in the photo, they looked so amazing. He then took the time to find a hardwood floor for a different part of the house, that matched the wood look tile, per my preference, and fit the needs of my family. I am so impressed by the service provided by SAM I could not, not write a review! If you want stress free flooring for your home, ask for SAM at Floors Depot, you will not be disappointed!
