- MMMary Jo MartinOct 28, 20245.0I had a large amount of tile that needed to be removed from our primary living area, dining room, kitchen and hallways so we could put new flooring in. I was very nervous as I'd lived through two previous renovations in other homes which left debris and massive dust everywhere — even in shoeboxes in a closet with closed doors. So I was a little unsure of whether their claims of "duet-free" could be true.. But I was very pleasantly surprised at just how dust-free this process actually was! There was no mess left for me to clean up, or debris in cabinets, drawers etc. Also, apparently the original builder had done an extra-heavy-duty job installing these tiles, and so it ended up taking the crew 15 hours to complete the job! I give them tons of credit that instead of leaving and coming back the next day, they wanted to stay until they were finished ... and fully cleaned up before they left. They were extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the time they were at our home. I don't have enough great things to say, except HIRE THEM! You won't be sorry!

However every one of my transition strips were broken. And the tile in the master was not completely removed. Pics attached. This was brought up and nothing was done about it.
