We had visited three other builders but were still undecided and underwhelmed. As we were walking past the William Ryan model home, my husband encouraged me to check them out. “Let’s see what they have to offer,” he said. I only agreed because it was what he wanted. When we met the salesperson, Kim Stewart, everything changed! Right from the start, she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and had a warm, bubbly personality. It was clear that she loves her role and genuinely believes in the company she represents. This was our first experience buying a home, let alone building one. Kim immediately gave us a comprehensive overview of what William Ryan Homes offers, including pricing and the building process. I was so impressed with the model home, the affordability of the floor plans, and the energy-efficient features, that we knew William Ryan was the builder for us. The smart home features and luxury options—typically considered upgrades with other builders—were included. Plus, they offered great upgrade incentives! Kim answered all our questions that day and went above and beyond when we encountered issues with the pre-approval process. She connected us with another lender who was able to get us approved. Throughout the process, Kim kept us informed with weekly updates on the building stages and provided access to the MyHome247 portal. This portal stored all documents and photos related to our home’s construction, which was incredibly convenient. The construction team, led by Brad Holden, worked so quickly and efficiently that our home was completed in less than six months! Both Kim and Brad made the experience fun and engaging, truly turning our dream into a reality. I also want to give a huge thank-you to Mindy Derby at the William Ryan Design Center. She was so helpful, patient, and professional throughout the design process. Her expertise in interior design brought my vision to life—even before I could fully see it myself! My home looks absolutely stunning. I can’t thank William Ryan Homes and their amazing team enough for making this journey so seamless and enjoyable. This has truly been a dream come true!
