- CTCheryl TillOct 28, 20254.0This past spring, our flat roof started to leak. After taking off part of the shingles, there was evidence of rotten wood. If I had not been up on the roof and pointed out more rotten wood, they would have shingled over the rotted wood. I asked if/ when the flat roof should be replaced? They said about every 5 years. This company had replaced the roof 4 years ago for leaks in a different area of the roof and until this past spring, we've had no additional leaks. I will use them again to replace the roof- next spring.
