- EFEthan FJul 18, 20245.0Cool new builder at Wildflower Ranch. They specialize in Energy Efficiency and high quality built homes. They have a sales office on site. Their hours are M-Sa 10-6pm and Sun Noon to 6pm. The corporate office in Farmers Branch is where you can do tons of personalized changes if you do a build project with them and their completion times are 6 months! They also have some Spec builds ready to buy. I highly recommend!

Chrissy is our sales consultant and she has been every bit of amazing and helpful since our first phone conversation. My husband and I are now under contract and we are about to break ground here soon and we are so excited. They really make the process easy and enjoyable. Chrissy has walked us through every step of the process and has been very transparent and realistic about everything. Deb the design center manger has helped us design the house of our dreams and we cannot wait to see the finished house. This has been a great experience for us and we cannot thank the team at William Ryan enough!!!
