It was a 21 year old unit and was missing a drip pan. A OK came out and gave me options to repair or replace and I choose to replace. They worked with my Board to follow all the rules and paperwork and I’m so happy with my new system. I’m so happy to have peace of mind with the added drip pan and water detection auto shut off. Toni and his entire team were professional, understanding and friendly.
