- SCSusan CramerOct 20, 20252.0Installation was 6 weeks ago ! They were on time however the seams look bad and one seam you can see how they didn’t cut it straight! I noticed on one of my stairs it’s starting to bunch up! We were told they would come and fix the seam that is cut wrong but it’s been 3 weeks since we have heard from them. Called again and they said they would return our call so we shall wait and see! So far not impressed! Plus what a mess was last behind!

My vacuum just wasn't strong enough to handle the job because of so much material left even though I kept emptying the catcher. It actually ruined my Dyson... I did contact the owner and got the answer that they do not handle the cleaning but would take a look at my Dyson that went out with the trash????
