First of all, on a Saturday, my call was answered within 2 rings and we had a technician assigned to us within 15 min. The service fee was a quarter of the price compared to the other AC companies we called. My husband mistakenly cut the wires to our AC unit while weed eating. The air was blowing, but no cold air was being released into our home. Our tech, Roman, kept us informed and was extremely professional even before arriving. He gave us 2 courtesy calls to let us know his ETA. He was very thorough and helped us understand the risks of not repairing certain parts of our AC. He fixed our unit within 30 minutes and helped us get set up with regular maintenance.
