Milestone is THE BEST!!! I needed a plumber to come and unclog the drainage pipe attached to my washing machine. Daniel was such a great plumber and he had my problem fixed in a flash!! Being a plumber he fixed my problem in a SPLASH!! LOL! Milestone has helped me out in the past. such a wonderful company.And the plumbers ,electricians are all absolutely perfect in the jobs they are needed for. GREAT JOB MILESTONE!!

Logan was very honest…explained that given status of our air ducts, the duct cleaning process used by Milestone could actually damage our ducts and they wouldn’t risk this. So refreshing to have such an honest answer and not take action which could have created a problem we might not immediately be aware of. Although no work was done, I highly recommend them given their honesty and care for a potential customer!

On 11/17 Jacob Kellar and Eduardo Cardona both came to my home to assess my electric needs. Both were very polite and professional. They seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about their job. They were able to address all my questions or concerns.
On 11/18 Tyler Spears, Jeff Meier and another young man (didn't get his name) came out the next day and performed all the electrical work needed to upgrade my panel. They worked hard 9am until after 5pm to until the job was done. They tested all the lights, explained and walked me through everything that was done to make sure I understood and was satisfied. I would definitely recommend Milestone Electric to family and friends!

Our heater was not working on the first coldest night of the year. I called Milestone after trying AirCo in the past and wasn't impressed with the work and service from the latter. Milestone did their best to accommodate my availability and sent Christian Kercher to inspect my heater issue. He was able to diagnose that my thermostat needed reprogramming and that my initial air handler wires had been originally improperly installed. We mentioned that we were moving and selling our house soon, and Christian went ahead and cleaned our condenser, thoroughly checking our system so that the HVAC would be ready for a future inspection. He did the extra without being asked, which was awesome! I will definitely be using Milestone again at our new place.

Terrance Johnson was the Milestone technician today addressing my AC-heatpump which suddenly stopped working three days ago.
He quickly found a wire that had come loose inside the condenser unit outside and reattached it. He cleaned the outside of the condenser housing. He made sure the AC-heatpump was functioning properly. He showed me a video of the issue he took showing the loose wire.
He also found that the filter-holder hardware that holds the dust filter in the attic was severely damaged and very dirty, both of which surprised him. A very sturdy mesh in it was severely ripped or melted open. He admitted that it was unlikely to have been installed new in that condition four years ago when the attic unit was installed, so was probably damaged by a Milestone technician since only Milestone services my equipment. He went out to his service vehicle and sometime later returned with a new filter-holder. Though I did not ask, nor did he volunteer, I suspect he talked with a supervisor and got clearance to replace the equipment at no charge. Before he did this, I asked him to clean the filter-holder and I would take a photo of it and take it up with Milestone and Lenox, if needed. I am thankful he resolved this problem without me needing to take it up myself. From now on, when service is done, I will ask the technicians to show me this filter-holder each time, so I can inspect it.
I would be happy to have Terrance service my equipment in the future. He was curtious, professional, and kindly answered all my questions.
He also patiently listened to my concerns as a customer about the difficulty we have understanding the expensive, complex equipment in our homes and how we are at their mercy to take their suggestions trusting them not to take advantage of us. I told him about an experience I had a few years ago when I was told that something in the condenser unit was broken. It would have been a very expensive repair but the technician did not have the part in his service vehicle. We scheduled the replacement of the part for months later, as it was not needed until colder weather. Surprisingly, the next technician did not get word about this planned repair and during the semi-annual "check-up service" found *nothing wrong* with the part after I had him rechecked it after he said the condenser unit was fine. This experience was devasting to my confidence. Milestone never fully explained how a technician could declare it broken when it was not broken. It most likely was incompetence. I hope it was not an attempt to sell me something expensive I did not need. Milestone technicians *work on commission,* which I have learned since the incident. I think this is a major flaw in Milestone's business model because it could incentivize an unscruplous technician to sell something or repair something the customer does not need and there is no mechanism in place to guard against this. The only thing that saved me hundreds of dollars, was that the technician who declared the part broken did not have a replacement part in the truck, and the next technician was not told to replace the part, as I had arranged for. I will *never know* the truth, but this experience, and Milestone's inability to explain what happened, has shaken my confidence in *any* service compantly, not just Milestone. The fact that technicians make a commission on service done does not help at all.
Of course, this is not Terrance Johnson's problem, but he listened and thoroughly agreed that it is imperative that technicians be completely honest.
