He had to go purchase a part because the one he had on the truck would work but it would work differently. I definitely appreciated that. He took the time to walk through everything with me and answer all my questions. I would recommend Milestone and Jake in particular for plumbing needs.
- CCCharles Cooley6 days ago1.0This probably will not be posted, but I must vent. The small job I requested was to replace the dimmer switch for overhead lights in the Master bath. I had previously purchased the replacement at my expense. The tech consulted his digital Pricelist and quoted $324.00. I asked him if it would take more than 10 min….he said , “about right.” I politely passed. To future Milstone customers.. Do not be “lured in” by the $29 service call it’s just to get there foot in the door.
- ECerik campbellDec 23, 20255.0I called Milestone Electric in a panic when the thermostat I replaced failed to run the air conditioner. They were able to send out a technician the next morning (two days before Christmas). Rolando Mojica was our tech. He quickly identified the issue and assisted me in setting up the new thermostat on my phone app. I also had him install a second thermostat upstairs. He then checked all of the functions to make sure there were no surprises going forward. Rolando is an excellent technician and I will be referring him to my family and friends for their HVAC needs. Thank you Rolando!!!

Jonathan Almanza was the technician that worked on my house to fix a drain clog. The guy is awesome . He's very professional and knows what he's doing. What I liked was that he didn't rush the job. He spent the necessary time to figure out the root cause. He cleared the line, gave me the video and provided a thorough written assessment for my insurance. All for a great price. He was also kind enough to answer some questions about a renovation I was planning. I highly recommend Jonathan and Milestone!

Robert was thorough in identifying the root cause and clearly explained what was happening and what needed to be done. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure the issue was properly assessed rather than rushing through a temporary fix. I really appreciated his attention to detail and honest communication. I would absolutely recommend Robert to anyone needing a reliable and skilled plumber.
