- TBTina BassNov 3, 20251.0After experiencing a wonderful floor repair with Floor Rescue a few years ago our contractor hired him to polish all our concrete floors as a part of a house refurbish. What should have been a straightforward project ended up destroying our beautiful polished concrete floors. We hired a second company to remediate the damage and were told that the product that Floor Rescue used on our floors had seeped so deeply into the slab that the floors could not be recolored to return to their original appearance. 17,000.00 dollars later we have ruined floors, smashed sliding door tracks, broken garage doors, broken air conditioner, and dye on our custom cabinets. This does not include the 28,000.00 we had to spend to tile the downstairs of the house. We wrote directly to the company requesting compensation for the damage, then hired a law firm to collect our damages. No response. Get a Certificate of Insurance and be advised that this company does not hold themselves responsible for unacceptable work and damage to your property.

Angela worked with my wife on what colors, finishes, etc would look best with our house. It’s hard to determine how long the various steps will take, especially on a bigger floor, so allow for extra time in case the project takes longer than expected. I highly recommend using Floor Rescue!

Jeremy darkened the floor and added different colors to give it a beautiful rich, textured finish. I would definitely recommend him for any cement project.
