More recently, I had them out to calibrate the pilot light for the heating unit. Andrew was the tech who came out and after he adjusted the light 0.1 units it was perfect. I have had electrical issues previously, not related to the failure of the 20-yr old system they replaced a few months ago, and when Andrew came out and I told him about the electric problems, he suggested a surge protector that I am getting installed this week. I am a very satisfied customer.

They said they were gonna give me some kind of service package and that they could do it the next time they came out. Of course they didn’t do anything as far as the servicing goes. When they were repairing the air conditioner, I told them to be careful with the trim, not to step on it and break it. I even offered them a chair to stand on. They said don’t worry about it and then of course they broke it. They said they were gonna send somebody out to fix it. They never did. If they tell you, they’ll come back and fix it don’t pay them until they actually come back and fix it
