Hayley and her designer at The Tailored Closet gave us a fantastic design, 3D presentation, numerous options and very competitive pricing. Thomas and Salomon were expert installers, finishing earlier than planned and cleaning everything up nicely. What a great company!!! I finally decided to call Hayley at Tailored Closet of Nothwest Houston. She came out to my home and discussed my needs and wants. I was concerned about the cost so she gave me three options and gave me opportunities to tweek my order to meet my budget. In the end I went all out and got what I wanted. And let me tell you I LOVE my closet. It has really made a difference in how I prepare for my day. I have spent the last 25 years working and raising a family and many times I resisted the temptation to spend money on myself. But my husband really wanted us to do something for just me. I could not be happier. I feel like a princess! This is probably TMI, but I am so happy with my new closet and I want to thank Hayley and her team of installers who were professional, fast, and provided a quality product. Side note, now that he has seen how much my new organized closet has made a difference in my life, my husband is going to do his closet next!

She designed a wonderful, functional, customizable space for a bedroom closet, and provided such great care and attention to detail. Carlos did our installation and he was fabulous as well. So professional, so polite, and great work. I will be a repeat customer for sure!!
