Hi! We're open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and Saturday from 10am-2pm.

We offer Roof Replacement, Roof Repair, Storm Damage Repair, Gutters, Gutter Covers, Insurance Roofing Services and Attic Insulation.
What forms of payment to you accept?
We accept Cashier's Checks and Cash only for large jobs. For smaller jobs we will accept personal checks, cash, paypal.
Do you require money down?
No. We have a no money down policy. You pay us when the job is completed.
What are your financing options?
We work with Foundation financing to get you the best rate possible. Once we have all the appropriate information we can get you approved within minutes.
How do I know if I need a roof replacement?
If your roof is over 12 years in Houston, shingles are curling, fiberglass is exposed (silver lines on the roof), Algae or fungus growth, missing granules from hail or wind.
Do I need to seek HOA Approval for my roof?
Yes, if we have not performed work in that neighborhood or you're choosing a none traditional color we will seek approval through your HOA.
How long does the HOA need to make a decision on a new roof?
Most HOA's take 30 days to process approval. However it will depend on how often the HOA meets.
What type of repairs do you do?
All types of roofing and siding repairs.
How long do the repairs take?
This will depend on the type of repair needed. Most only take 1 day or less.
What are the costs of a repair?
This depends on the type of repair and materials needed for the repair. Please contact us.
How do I know if I have storm damage?
Seeing hail spots or wind damage can be difficult. Please contact us for an inspection.
How quickly will my home be restored?
After a major storm, we are here for you and restoring your roof back to livable conditions. We can do patch work very quickly to ensure the roof is dried-in and free of leaks. Please contact us.
Do I need to wait until insurance approves or declines coverage before I make any repairs?
Yes. Unfortunately insurance companies will need to see the damage and will require no repairs be completed until a final decision is made.
What types of gutters do you offer?
We offer 5K and 6K seamless gutters. These are bracketed gutters.
What color gutters do you offer?
Any tradition gutter color to match your homes color and contract. We do not have Pink, Purple or Orange.
Do you offer gutter screens?
Yes. We have 2 different types of gutter screen.
Can I change the placement of my downspouts?
Yes. During inspection the proper position for correct water flow is calculated.
Can a new roof lower my homeowners insurance premiums?
Short answer, Yes. Many insurance companies in Houston will not carry you if your roof is over 15 years old. According to American Risk, "If discovered that the roof has been misrepresented and the roof age is 15 years or older, the Endorsement will be added retroactively to the effective date of the policy and the claim will be adjusted on an Actual Cash Value basis. Meaning the coverage you thought you had doesn't apply and you have to purchase a new roof to continue carrying homeowners insurance. Our IKO Dynasty Shingles will lower your insurance premiums by an average of 20%.

After you have had the roof inspected and the professional inspector recommends that you file a claim.

No. It is highly recommended that a professional inspector looks at your roof first before any insurance claims are made.

You should only file a claim after you have had your roof inspected my a professional. They will advice the best course of action.
How long will your services take?
Residential roofing replacements will take 1-2 days. While 99% of our installations only take 1 day, depending on the size and Houston weather. Gutters will take less than day. Attic Insulation will take less than a day. Roof repairs will take less than a day.
What is your warranty?
We offer a *Lifetime Transferable Material Warranty and 5 year Labor Warranty. *Warranty lifetime is based on the manufacture.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. All active and retired military will receive a 10% discount on the purchase of a new roof. All GiGi's Playhouse parents receive a 10% discount on the purchase of a new roof.
What type of insulation do you offer?
We offer a R15 radiant barrier insulation and R19/R38 Blown-in insulation. *According to the United States Department of Energy it is required to have an R-Value of R30 in Zone 2 where Houston resides.

You can expect a 15-25% energy consumption savings with a R15 radiant barrier.
How long does it take to install a radiant barrier or blown-in insulation?
It will take less than 1 day to install.
