- RCRose De La CruzOct 5, 20251.0Please stay away from this company! Had problems with foundation and called Streem since they had done foundation prior on this house. He said his wife had done a lift to my house the prior year. I do not think she is a legally and licensed to life a home's foundation! His company is careless! They busted a gas line which costs me $5000 to have a plumber repair! Then one of the guys busted my garage door completely off the rail which costs me an additional $3000 to get a new door since was not repairable. Only statement from Mark Streem was that we are not responsible for any damages resulting for foundation repair. He refused to talk to me about damages. I did sue him for replacement of garage door and won my case! Should have sued him for the busted gas pipe, too! His team is poorly trained! Has a high turnover of employees. I recommend you supervise Mark and his staff closely while he's doing work. Mark will leave to go do something else and leave his poorly trained team working under the supervision of his wife! If he's done any damage to your home or business, go ahead and sue him regardless of what your contract with him says. He thinks that because it's in the contract that damage may occur, he uses this as a "blanket" excuse. Supervise him, document all the details of damage and sue him. Let the court figure out if he's responsible for all damages.
