Another plumbing company couldn’t clear the clog and said it was a broken pipe under the concrete foundation that needed to be replaced. I am very happy with the service I received from roto-rooter.

She was patient, respectful & very polite. Andrew Webb, technician, was respectful, polite & listened to my concerns about the water pressure in the master bath & it's sink. Andrew checked things out explaining along the way what & why he was doing. He gave suggestions on the situations. Upon my approval he proceeded with a clean out of the pipe. This worked He suggested the followup of the pipe lubricant that the company carried & verbally explained it's monthly usage & why it works. I am extremely satisfied with the company overall. I will use them for any future plumbing needs. I will also recommend them when the opportunity arises.
- PPP&HNov 6, 20251.0Well, I am very disappointed with Roto Rooter, I had a clogged toilet and tub. They charged me $642 for the work. They were not able to unclog and they had no other solution and recommended to tunnel under the slab to reach piping cut out unclog. The price to do this work was $17,000 which I did not approve. I called A.P.E Plumbing with Javier Reyna and within a few hours the issue was resolved. Poor service from Roto Rooter and over priced for the work that was done. Unhappy customer
