- MMMKTOct 26, 20255.0I was having trouble with my aging outside AC unit and contacted Colair to have it checked. Mr. Eddie Ramirez was the technician assigned and arrived shortly after my call. He introduced himself, asked about my AC issue, and explained the process to find the cause. After completing a thorough inspection of the outside and inside units, including the thermostat, Mr. Ramirez explained (in plain English) exactly what condition they were in and even provided pictures to backup his findings. He then informed me of my options along with costs to either repair or replace my AC system. I decided to replace it. Throughout this whole process Mr. Eddie Ramirez was very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. A true professional.
