He removed the garage door from one side at a time, replacing the wood, and then replaced the wood above the door. Afterward, he tested the garage door’s operation. It was slightly snug at the bottom, so he widened the bracket at the bottom on both sides by a tiny amount, and the job was done. What I appreciated most about Don was his commitment to his word. He accommodated us despite his busy schedule, provided an honest timeline, and kept us informed about any relevant details. He arrived on the day he said he would and completed the job the same day. Don’s professionalism, extensive experience, and friendly demeanor made him a pleasure to work with. He received a highly recommended recommendation from Overhead Garage Doors, and he certainly lived up to that expectation.
