Once in the house, Nathaniel laid out a clear plan for assessment, options, & price points. There were no surprises - absolutely phenomenal expectation management. (Full disclosure, I didn't shop around for prices so I don't know if their rates are competitive, but excellent customer service/transparency/protocol got me locked in for maintenance plan)

She has replaced all of my pictures with just his name, "Nathaniel". The man is like HVAC Jesus, crawling through our attic to identify the problem. I only have a vague understanding of what he was doing, all I know is that he deployed, engaged, and destroyed the enemy in close, fierce combat. From the time he arrived to the time he left, he was locked in vicious battle with the gods of HVAC, annihilating the enemy (faulty motor and some wiring issues) completely and totally, with a violence unlike that I have ever seen. The man epitomizes professionalism. He is not allowed back into my home, for I fear my wife would leave with him given a second opportunity to do so. I give the man an 11 out of 10. HVAC systems everywhere tremble before him. Truly impressive.

He took the time to check every detail and made sure my system was running perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find that level of care and expertise these days. I’ll definitely be using Airheads HVAC and requesting Nathaniel for all my future heating and cooling needs. Highly recommend!

From the person who took my call for a service request, to the technician who came and sis the work, I was very impressed! There were several issues caused by the company who installed my HVAC and Nathaniel was super honest with me on what needs to be done. I am not surprised I had so many issues with the unit, based on what he told me. I will definitely be using these guys for all my HVAC needs from here on out, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company.
