We didn’t know it, but we were sitting on a fire hazard that had been disregarded by other companies, thank goodness it is repaired. They showed me personally everything that was a problem and took photos of the things I couldn’t see on my own. I felt they were very upfront and honest. Within 5 minutes a technician called and advised to turn the unit off and offered to come out right away. I told him it would be ok to wait until Monday. I set up an appointment for Tuesday morning and was happy to see the two technicians arriving right at 8:00am. Isaac and Tranisha showed up fully ready to find the problem and worked diligently until they did. They were extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Isaac explained the exact problem and gave me the details of what it was going to take to get it fixed the issue the correct way. They were able to get the unit working again and reassured me that they would get their findings in right away to be able to have a quote from the company promptly. I have to say they eased my mind and I’ll be continuing to use this company for all future a/c and heating needs. I’m sure all of the technicians who work for this company are great, but these two are exceptional! Thank you Carl’s, Isaac and Tranisha!
