The person arrived early for the job but left after about 15 minutes because he was missing a couple of tools. He returned after about 30 minutes. We had received a quote of $450 for the entire project. When he was finished he let us know it took longer than expected and it was difficult to remove the existing faucet. But, of course, the job is now $538. He also let us know that he had no intention of hauling away the old toilet and it would be our responsibility to get rid of it! Two 70 year olds hauling around a toilet!? I have NEVER had to dispose of a replaced appliance or otherwise on my own. We had to call someone to come haul the old toilet and faucets away. That cost an additional $240!!!! So, what started as a $450 quote, ended up costing us $778 to replace one toilet and two faucets!!! I was also assured that he would clean up after he was done. There were black marks on the bathroom floor as well as pieces of plastic and other trash remnants. So even though the work was done and so far everything is functioning, I would not recommend this business.
