This included adding a bathroom, removing a fireplace and raising a sunken living area to create a much needed living area. Since that time we have used this company several times to do repairs and paint inside and out. We found them to do outstanding work with a minimum of discomfort to our family. It is without reservation that we recommend H. BOND to anyone needing a contractor.

- PTPaul TetreaultJul 3, 20255.0My parents passed away recently. To get their house ready to sell I had a number of discrepancies I planned to fix in groups from big to small. I got bids on the first group from three companies. H Bond’s bid was not the lowest but I chose them for 3 reasons. 1) A neighbor who used them recommended them highly. 2) Their estimator, Spencer, was more professional than folks from the other companies, and 3) Their proposal explained what they would do in detail, showing they understood what had to be done. But the best was yet to come! My biggest problem involved columns on my back porch that had moved. Without jacking the roof it was impossible to tell how much work they would take to fix. It turned out to be an easy job, and I know many companies might have left it at that and pocketed the full contract price. But Spencer contacted me and said for what I had paid they could fix the next batch of problems, water damage in various parts of the ceiling and a wall. H Bond did a fantastic job with these problems and with refinishing the eight foot tall french doors on the front of the house. I was extremely satisfied with their honesty, dependability and high quality work. I will use H Bond to fix the rest of the house’s discrepancies.
