I came to try to get a match, guy in astros shirt with a bunch of tattoos is arrogant, smart Alec, and very rude for no reason. I ask, can you check for stain grade because the existing is stained, he laughs and says that’s paint, then I ask him to look closer and he sees that it is stain. He asks for me to go to their south location, he laughs and says you ain’t gonna make it there in time, I say, I know they close at 4:30 and it’s 4:15, Obviously. Meanwhile his coworkers are laughing that customers are not always right about another incident. Don’t bother coming here, no wonder they lost DR Horton to McCoys. Their customer service is the worst, more like Builders Last Choice!
