Punctuality: They arrived on time for both the quotation day and the installation day, which I really appreciated. Attention to Detail: Some contractors walked on my floors without shoe covers, but Shen always arrived prepared with shoe covers and was consistently polite and professional. During the HVAC installation, the team used mats to protect the floors. Overall, I am very happy with their service.
