First job: Replace toilet and pull toilet to replace wax ring. Plumber had to come back because he forgot to take the old toilet and had to tighten the other pulled toilet which came loose after a couple days. Second job: Plumber said job would cost ~$75 plus labor. Job is completed in under an hour, and I receive an invoice for over $650. They claim the part cost $337 (originally said $75, and even if that's wrong, I found one on Amazon for about $165). I complain about the invoice being much higher than expected and they offer to reduce the service call from $250 to $175. That's it. Will no longer be using Hawkeye and I recommend you avoid them as well.

They repaired a new Navien tankless water heater. I spent 45 years in this industry and honestly I was impressed ( doesn't happen often)
