  When we found out how much it was going to cost to bring electricity out to our newly built barn in rural Oklahoma (near Headrick), we were shocked. It was going to cost an arm and a leg—so I thought, why not go solar? I’ve always wanted to try it anyway. I remembered or heard that Joe Kaminski, who I went to high school with, installs solar, so I Googled him and found his company, Energize with Sunrise, based in Burleson, TX. I gave him a call, told him what we were dealing with, and he jumped right in to help. Joe made several trips out to Oklahoma and took care of everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He and his crew put in an awesome off-grid solar array that powers everything we need—and then some. No more paying bills to the utility company. The solar system works like a charm. It produces more than enough power, and the battery backup keeps everything going all night and during cloudy days. The mini-split HVAC unit is awesome. Joe said it would “freeze us out,” and he wasn’t kidding! It’s quiet, super-efficient, and keeps our barn living space cool even in the middle of a blazing Oklahoma summer. We keep the AC on at a reasonable temperature even when we’re not there and don’t even worry about it. The backup generator is there just in case, and it kicks in automatically. So far, we haven’t even needed it because the solar’s been holding strong. Joe even made a special trip just to walk us through how everything works. No pressure, which was nice because I had a ton of questions, and he was patient with every single one. Joe knows his stuff! It was great dealing with someone I know and trust. We’ve got reliable power, zero monthly bills, and the peace of mind of being totally off-grid. Honestly, it’s the best decision we could’ve made—and way better than paying a fortune to run lines out here. If you’re in Oklahoma, Texas, or anywhere else and thinking about solar—especially for something off-grid—call Joe at Energize with Sunrise. You’ll be glad you did! Donell F.   I've only had negative experiences with solar companies until I crossed paths with Energize. I was seeking assistance with my solar system (installed by Daybreak Solar who has apparently hightailed it for the hills). I had contacted the solar equipment supplier, SolarEdge, looking for help. They gave me a phone number for Daybreak, however it went to Energize, where I left a message and was contacted within 5 minutes by the man in charge, Joe Kaminski. At first I thought it was Daybreak calling back and was shocked at the quick communication. Come to find out, Joe and Energize really have nothing to do with Daybreak Solar, except that they now find themselves helping many Daybreak customers who have been left hanging, like myself. Joe came out himself instead of sending a service man, and personally explained what he was doing, took steps to alleviate the known issues with my system, and helped me understand quite a bit more in the hour he was there than the days and hours that Daybreak and spent installing the system. He was extremely kind, generous, informative, knowledgable, and patient. I still owe him a service fee but he isn't expecting anything and could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend Joe and Energize to anyone experiencing any issues with their solar system in any way. Thanks Joe K.!

  Energize With Sunrise is such a pleasure to work with! Joe, Junior, and Gary and the rest of the team are hard working, good guys. They have a ton of experience and longevity in solar and definitely know what they're doing. They do whatever it takes to get the job done and exceeded my expectations. Happy with solar hot water! Highly recommend them!

  Fantastic company. Amazing people. They installed my new solar panel system several months ago. Quality job, two days from start to system online. During the hottest part of the summer, with both upstairs and downstairs units running, my highest monthly electric bill was less than $100. Eight months out of the year my electric bill is a credit because the grid is buying the excess power I produce. Thanks again.
