The fireplaces were a Napoleon and a Wolf Steel (which I believe owns the Napoleon brand). We had Parrish out on service calls maybe three times since the fireplaces were installed. No complaints there. Recently, we had a problem with the Wolf Steel unit. Parrish told us since they no longer handle the brand, they will not service the fireplace. The person I spoke with gave me an excuse about obtaining repair parts when they weren't selling the brand, which I don't understand. I could probably order parts if I wanted to. I think refusing to service something you sold is a very poor business practice. It certainly isn't an approach that will retain customers, or that will yield positive customer reviews. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.
