Oh yes, gaslight everyone that I'm the bad guy and make some incoherent statement about me being "PA and that's unethical"... whatever that means. If you aren't interested in the job or are overloaded with work, just say is much, I promise it won't hurt my feelings or anyone else's. But this reply is straight up insulting and I can only double down on the original review. \/ Very friendly, but I can't say for sure about their work since they never even gave me the estimate, even after calling to check, and was told it was on the way to my email. I wouldn't be surprised for this to happen in DFW, but I'm pretty bummed it's already happening to me when trying to get away from that kind of customer service given in the big city.
