  My name is Faye Bishop. I own a home on Lake Belton. I was hit pretty hard by the tornado which started at lake Belton in May 2024. It broke windows out of my home both downstairs and upstairs. I was displaced for 2 months. I used Belton Glass & Door to replace all the Windows in my home. They did an excellent job and gave me a break on pricing being in a declared National Disaster. I am very pleased with their work. They are very professional understanding reasonable and friendly. I recommend them to anyone and wouldnt hesitate to call them back

  Now truth be told I was really upset in the beginning and I did post a negative review. However I did delete it because in the end this company came through for me in a really big way. See the window that was damaged is a custom window and I didn't know this. And I called at a very popular company that begins with the letter A, they wanted to charge me and I kid you not $3,800 to replace one window. To say shocked is the least. And luckily the person who came to do the quote for my window recommended these people because I was simply just missing an outside panel from hail damage. So one piece of glass was essentially going to cost me four grand even though the window was still technically intact and functional but the outside secondary panel had been broken. I was charged a very reasonable rate and it is perfect. So if anybody did see my negative post about how long it took me to get my quote apparently there was a mix-up and things happen so I'm at the end of the day happy with the service I got even though it did take me a little bit longer to get my quote than I anticipated. Highly recommended! And if I have any hail damage on these windows that cost $3,800 a piece I will definitely be calling these people! :)

  I ordered a piece of tempered glass to replace a shelf for my refrigerator. The entire process is from ordering to pick-up was great. I highly recommend Belton Glass & Door.

  Belton Glass is absolutely amazing! They installed a new door for one of our centers and even had to move it after the initial install. The extra work could have easily cost us much more, but they gave a very fair price and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They also installed two door security devices at two of our other centers, and their work was seamless, fast, and budget-friendly. The whole process was stress-free, and their professionalism really stood out. If you’re looking for quality work, fair pricing, and a team that truly takes care of their customers, Belton Glass is the one to call. Highly recommend! I can not say enough good things about them!!!!!!
