What a wonderful experience. This is the second time we have used CC Carpet. The installation team was terrific. Kudos for a great experience.

Very poor experience. Sales team was great, but installation is terrible. Floors are a few years old and need to be replaced. The installation crew did a terrible job. There are numerous gaps - big gaps more than quarter - inch between planks. The planks are bowing and popping up, seams between rooms are coming apart. Called and couldn't even get warrantly manager on the phone - poor receptionist played go-between. Once they make the sale, they don't seem to care. Definately do not recommend.

I wanted to share my experience because it has not been the best. We hired CC Carpet Bedford to replace flooring in our entire house aside from the bathrooms. We went with a nice LVP plank flooring and had tile, laminate and carpet removed by them for the install. Come install time, the process took about two days. The original install group on day one when moving our appliances, dropped our kitchenaid oven causing damage to it. My husband actually witnessed this happen, he called cc carpet and was told multiple times that the install manager would call him to figure out what to do. Surprising he never actually heard directly from the install manager but later heard from an appliance guy who came and repaired the oven and resolve the issue. This was a couple days after the floors were completed though so we were unable to cook anything until it was fixed. As we finally pieced our house back together after the floors were “done,” I noticed in the kitchen and dining room several planks that would move up and down quite a bit, there was an area that felt like it had a huge hump under it and directly in front of my stove, it felt as if you were stepping into a hole. I called them and they said they would talk to the mysterious install manager and call me back. They called me back and his reasoning for the floors feeling that way was because I quote “there is no furniture there so it’s normal for floating floors.” I told my husband but it didn’t sit right with me and I called them again and said I did not agree with that and they need to come inspect it. They sent two guys and they took pictures and looked at it and said they will put in a service request. They scheduled installers to come repair, they are here today and resolving the issue. The installers here today are different than the ones we had, they are actually 100x better and I wish they were the installers from the beginning. He noticed the problem immediately and asked me if I was here when they installed and if they leveled the floors at all with concrete. I told him no that they only ever grinded down some areas but they never put any concrete float down. He told me “they should have, you paid for it!” So the original installers took shortcuts and I am having to have the dining room and kitchen completely redone. These installers here to fix have been great, he assured me he is leveling everything and I watched him put the float down. We paid $10800 for these floors and expected a better experience. If you look at the photo, that is where they took out the new floor today where I said it felt like a hole and the install manager said it’s normal. You can clearly see the problem. I called about getting a refund for the float since we were charged for something that was never used, I noticed it states in the contract that one bag of float is included per 300’. The install manager again would not speak with me because he is too busy, the office assistant said our sales person will give us a call. Essentially, if you have them do your floors, pay close attention and you will not ever be able to speak to the install manager.
