You all have a customer for life and I will sing your praises to all who will listen. Thank you! Update: After Brian left I attempted to use my washer and discovered drain was still stopped up. Called office to have him come back the same day. He came back and attempted several more times to unclog and determined a new pipe was needed. He advised he would call back next day to give a quote to put in new drainage pipe. Never received a call. I paid to have drain fixed. I called to get refund and was advised it needed to be approved by manager to refund and then it would take 7-14 days for refund. WTH? Your big spill is “if they can’t fix, you don’t pay”. So why do I have to wait for my refund to sit on a manager’s desk for approval? Yeah I take back what I said. I will warn everyone to proceed with caution.

Brian was professional with his work ethic and provided well documented proof of the blockage with a fiber optic camera. We are hopeful this won’t happen again, but if it does, we will definitely choose root-rooter again.
