The company did the right thing and apologized for the actions of the gentleman who caused my complaint. I plan to call Reed when I need ac work(far in the future, I hope.). First off, I was not a customer and cannot comment on the quality of their work, though my neighbor, who was the customer seemed to be satisfied. What I do not appreciate is how they damaged my waterhose, used the same Ace Hardware branded aluminum tape to "fix" it that they used on my neighbor's indoor duct. Didn't tell my neighbor, didn't leave a note on my door, just drove off like nothing happened.
