We were fortunate to have Dylan Baker, the Service Manager do our inspection. He was courteous, prompt, thorough and most importantly knowledgable and skilled. He did not try to upsell and push for additional services or add-ons. He presented findings, explained them in understandable terms and answered all our questions. We had a worn part found on our home's unit, that while still functioning, would need replacing in the near future. He did not press us to get the repair done immediately. He patiently answered all of our "what if'" questions about the heating system concerning age, condition and type of system we have. We decided to replace the part that was worn and Dylan was able to install it right away. The price was reasonalbe. We have been customers with Expert Air for several years now for both our AC and our heating units. They installed our mini splits on the garage and have maintained and provided repairs on our home unit. Every technician that we have had come to our home for check-ups and repairs has been a delight to have in our home. Expert Air can be trusted to provide prompt, excellent, honest and affordable service. We highly recommend this company!
