    Prison was recommended to me to clean my items that had gotten a bunch of soot and smoke smell on them from a fire in the house. The main guy that was helping seemed super knowledgeable and was really nice. They communicated about the progress often and I was surprised how quickly it all went. What truly impressed me was that they cleaned the inside of the electronics really well and my clothes came back without any of the smoke smell which I thought would never go away.

    ERS of Central Texas was top notch in the process of removing all of my electronics from my home after I experienced a home fire. Their process was extremely organized and professional with the packing, inventorying, testing and storing of my electronics and appliances. During the most traumatic event of my life, they were one of the few services that diligently went above and beyond with care, concern and professionalism. The handling of the entire process, which lasted a year until my home was rebuilt, was handled with the highest regard, respect and heartfelt concern of valuables and property. Thank you for taking wonderful care of everything. Five Plus Stars!

    The folks at ERS did an extraordinary job of assisting me after my home burned. They were empathic and compassionate and on one occasion Sam and Brandon went out of their way to check some electronics that I had retrieved the night of the fire. Loved working with Dio who kept me posted on the status of my textiles. The person who delivered them was amazingly helpful.

    Removed all electronic devices and appliances from our home due to fire. All equipment was cleaned and verified as operating correctly and those that could not be restored were documented as such. Very professional and knowledgeable. Delivered back to home after restoration and installed everything. Highly recommended!
