  Jason R came out to check our sewer issues out. He was great about informing us of the plan for diagnostic, showing us the findings of the sewer scope in real time and providing us recommendations. During his service he also inspected other plumbing items and pointed out things that needed updating. He was excellent about educating me along the way. This was super helpful and insightful, especially as a first time home owner. Highly recommend this company and team member. Thanks Jason!

  Jason was at the house today to run camera to determine where my plumping problems were located. He was very detailed in explaining the issues I have. It’s never info a home owner wants to hear but the way he explained everything step by step and opinions we have. Professional.and outstanding customer service!! Andrew was at the house today. Absolutely amazing service. The only plumbing company you should use!! Explained every step. Got me taken care of!! Zachary was outstanding!! Seemed very efficient, explained everything to me before and after the work was done.

  Jason did an outstanding job locating out buried sewer clean out . He located the actual clean out precisely dead center. Jason gave us a myriad of good advise on how to keep the sewer line clean and free of stoppages. He took the time to explain to my wife and I the critical details of our sewer issue, etc. Kudos to Jason for an excellent job and amazing results. Thanks!

  Gas leaks, failed inspections, roof leaks, and six weeks of chaos — this was the most dangerous and incompetent contractor experience I’ve ever had. We hired Beyond Wow Plumbing after our water company alerted us to a leak. They quickly identified a leak in our irrigation control valve and also recommended replacing our two 15-year-old water heaters with a single tankless unit. That part sounded reasonable, so we agreed. From there, everything went downhill. During installation, they stained our white upstairs carpet with black residue. It took multiple visits and a professional carpet cleaner to remove most (not all) of the damage. The real nightmare started during the city inspection. The inspector opened our attic and was immediately hit with a strong gas smell. We had an active gas leak in our attic for three weeks — directly above our toddler’s bedroom and guest rooms. We also failed electrical inspection because they illegally ran the heater off an extension cord. They sent another tech to “fix” the gas leak, who admitted the original installers hadn’t tightened the fittings properly. He also showed up with no idea why he was even there — the office hadn’t briefed him. An electrician they hired then failed inspection again by tying the heater into the same circuit as the furnace (also against code). Meanwhile, we discovered they hadn’t properly sealed the roof vents. The first big rain caused water to leak into the house, triggering the leak detector and shutting off our hot water — for four days, while our 2-year-old had strep. They didn’t send anyone out until the following week. Because their own plumbers were incapable of accessing the roof, they had to hire a roofing company. Electricians had to return again to finally run proper conduit. And then — unbelievably — the city found yet another gas leak, requiring a fourth plumbing crew to come out before the work finally passed inspection. Start to finish, this ordeal lasted about six weeks. I cannot overstate how unsafe, disorganized, and incompetent this company was at every step. Gas leaks. Code violations. Water damage. Zero communication. I have no idea how they have positive reviews, but this was the single worst contractor experience I’ve had since moving to Austin. Do not hire this company. Beyond Wow Plumbing is truly beyond awful.

  Beyond Wow Plumbing & Drains did an excellent job from start to finish. They were able to come out the same day and quickly fix a broken pipe, which was a huge relief. Tyler was our plumber, and he was great—very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for same-day service, and there were no surprises. Great communication, fast turnaround, and quality work. I highly recommend Beyond Wow Plumbing & Drains if you need reliable and honest plumbing service.
