We have had this system for 18 years and if not for Davis it definitely would not have lasted that long. The original system was from Davis also. The young man that is taking care of us while purchasing this new system is Jaylin Cruz. He has been the most supportive, understanding, helpful individual that I have dealt with in a long time. I am so thankful he was the person that came out and fixed a problem with the system and then sat and spent time with us to explain all about the options with replacing this system. By the way the system works but it is just time for a new, more efficient system. I would not go with anyone but Davis which I have enjoyed for over 18 years.

All of my smoke detectors started beeping. I was scared! I turned the system off and opened doors to get air. I called Davis AC with my emergency and said I know I already have an appt for Thurs but can they please fit me in today since I see smoke. The front desk receptionist named Shanna was super helpful and empathetic. She added me to today’s busy schedule. They made my safety a priority. The technician named Diego was truly awesome. He explained everything and identified the issue. He fixed the problem with the furnace, double checked the interior and exterior AC units and answered all of my questions. I feel much safer.
