We ended up having to replace the entire system with Elite (but outside of warranty) and had a great experience. The price they gave us was very competitive- much lower than other major AC companies in the DFW area. We got a quality system at a great price and the installers were very professional and got it all done within about 5 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Kat had me scheduled the same day and the technician Justin was out there right on time and diagnosed the issue as being a bad contactor on the outdoor unit within 30 minutes of being there. Then had the new part in hand and installed within an hour. They will always be my go to. Not to mention, this is a Carrier Infinity unit that almost no one we work on. 5 stars, all day long.
