I had to call twice to be able to talk to a person other than the receptionist. I don't believe they had any intension of call me back. After I told the gentleman what I was needing he stated that he would not come out and blatantly said that apartment buildings are not worth their time. the gentleman was very rude. This is bad business. To bad we had every intension of using a fire restoration company to do the work.

When I called, Briercroft scheduled a cleaning, showed up on time, and did a GREAT JOB. Carpets look clean and smell fresh. Cleaner was professional and polite. We will use them again.
