  We had a power outage at our home. I called Scott at Blazer Construction and he had an electrician at our house within 45 minutes. The main circuit breaker was defective. The repairman had it replaced and everything working great within an hour of his arrival. Having had an in depth conversation with the electrician on the issue it was obvious he knows his profession inside and out. I have been in property management since 1987 and have dealt with 100's of contractors over the years. I highly recommend Blazer Construction based on the timely and knowledgeable service I received at a fair price.

  Wow! I can’t sing their praises enough! We recently moved into a new home, and we asked a locksmith to come and change the locks. Every company we talked to said we’d need to buy a new door and insert. Eventually we contacted a door company that quoted us over $35k for a cheaper version of what we currently had. My husband decided to call Blazer to see if they could give it a try before we spent all that money. One $40 locking kit, and a couple hours of working on it later… Voilà! A working lock, and an EXTREMELY satisfied customer. Thank you for working your magic for us!

  I called Blazer with multiple questions and concerns and Scott was one of only two local electricians willing to give me a free estimate on repair work, others in Knoxville were charging "dispatch" and other fees just to take a look. For anyone seeking help in Sevier County, I definitely recommend calling local county contractors first- and Scott was available within two days to go over my issues and give detailed advice and explanations. When Kevin and George came out they went above and beyond, not only installing a new circuit quickly and efficiently but even installing a window AC and providing the supports for it in the window. Very professional and courteous.

  Called a week in advance and made an appointment with this company for 8am. Five hours later after nobody had showed called and spoke with scott and his answer was thats just how business is. After explaining I wasted my day off waiting on them and asking how someone got put in front of me on the schedule he begins yelling that this is what he has to deal with on a daily basis and that he had to move jobs around due to a employee being sick. I completely understand that as I responded but a phone call to reschedule would of been nice and as he began to get louder and say he didn't know the first client was gonna take all morning. I told him I would find someone else to do the work.Very unprofessional and this could have all been avoided with a simple phone call to reschedule. I will edit my reviewfrom 1 Star to 3 stars as it very rare to find a business owner that admits there faults, Everyone has bad days and I completely understand that. I just wish this could have gone different because iv always heard great things about this company. I will say tho that his ability to apologize for a mistake shows he is a honest man.
