They weren’t the cheapest but they had the best reputation by far. Over a year later, I can attest that they earned that reputation. I am beyond satisfied with everything from the equipment to the installation to the customer service; which is the best from ANY product I have ever bought. We are treated like friends and not a “past sale.” If we ever have a question, we can text or call and get same day responses. Seriously, if you care about your health like I do ( 25 yr veteran RN) and know the crap that’s seeping into the water ( my Dad ran a water treatment plant ); you will not be sorry you bought from Aqua Clear.

The tech walked me through how to turn off water to prevent more damage which was nice. Two techs showed up a day later and went right to work assessing the problem. My original install put in a refurbished unit that was faulty, so I received a new unit as a fix. Took the men about 30 minutes to fix problem from start to finish. Both were polite, friendly and professional. I would use this team again, they are skilled and fast to complete tasks. A 5 star for this team and Aqua Clear as a water treatment company, well deserved.
