- DBDane BradfordFeb 19, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dealing with Faith in the metal shop was a miserable experience. A simple request for a quote for roof dormers turned into a 6 month ordeal with awful communication, ignored phone calls and emails, along with rude responses when she was called out for her lack of updates. Deposit was paid to these folks. Due to extensive delays, we had to cancel this order. They continue to refuse to refund our money (over 20,000 dollars). Managers are refusing our phone calls, corporate isn't helping at all. Terrible, terrible service.
