- GOGreg OhlrichDec 2, 20251.0Took this company no time at all to install the water softener system so they could get their money from Lowe's yet it's never worked since it's been installedr (over a year now) because it wasn't plugged in. It's very important that you have a plug to power the system yet they can't provide that? They don't claim to be electricians.... Even if they were I wouldn't trust them at this point. Either way it doesn't matter. They installed the system according to the contract. They never looked to make sure there was a proper power source. They used an extension cord to show it worked.... unplugged it... And left. They should install this according to the manufacturer instructions which says dedicated outlet. Not an extension cord. I'm sure the additional electrical services they don't provide would make them worry it would drive up the quote and cause them to possibly lose a sale. I gave them ample amount of opportunities to make it right but they decided it wasn't worth their time. Shame on you all! Sorry Robertson family but I cannot recommend your services.
