They answered all of our questions; were kind and courteous and seemed to really enjoy their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumber. They were tasked with a difficult job - why contractors put water heaters in attics years ago is beyond me. They had to remove the old heater from cramped spaces; bring it down via a ladder and then hoist the replacement up. Definitely hard work, but they really handled it in a professional way.
