I'm a pilot by profession and punctuality is very important to me; from their first visit to the completion of the project they were always on time. We changed 23 windows in our house, I like the fact that they were not pushy when it came to sales and they gave me all the options that were available to me. I've had couple other big companies came and dealing with Jim and Justin was breath of fresh air. We are hundred percent satisfied with their services and I'd use them again for other projects.
