The initial assessment was free, and their availability (next day) was fantastic considering it wasn’t an emergent or particularly urgent issue. I appreciated the honesty and commitment from Jennifer (reception/administration) and Luis (technician) to do things to our and Metro Water’s standards. Luis was timely and friendly and gave communication before and after his visits. We passed inspection after he was finished. I would recommend this company to friends.
